Warringa Herefords sold all four of their 18 month old Poll Hereford Bulls in the Gippsland Performance Herefords 3rd Online Bull Sale which was held online on 6 September 2023.
They topped at $6500 and averaged $6125.
Warringa Trendsetter T201 (AI) (PP) a Homozygous Polled son of American Sire Churchill Broadway 858F (IMP USA) (PP) topped the Warringa Bulls selling for $6500 to the NSW Department of Primary Industries for use in their Southern Multibreed Project.
Warringa Tarzan T206 (AI) (S) a son of Wirruna Quambone Q135 (AI) (PP) sold for $6000 to repeat clients T J Gannon & R Prince of Nicholson. Vic.
Warringa Thor T209 (AI) (P) a son of Yavenvale Powerhouse P499 (PP) sold for $6000 to new clients A S & G J Pendergast of Benambra. Vic.
Warringa Tornado T211 (AI) (S) a son of American Sire NJW 79Z Z311 Endure (IMP USA) (ET) (PP) sold for $6000 to new clients J & N Calvert. Mossiface. Vic.
All four bulls had been genomically tested, sire and mating verified, were free of all known adverse genetic conditions and also tested negative to Pestivirus. They were inoculated with 7 in 1, Pestiguard and Vibrovax. They also met the stringent Gippsland Performance Herefords Sale Selection Criteria including physical assessment, semen/fertility test and BREEDPLAN EBV performance requirements.
